LUSH Swansea: Move Like Water - An Ocean Inspired Wellbeing Night

An immersive, ocean-inspired night full of fluid movement, gentle joint release, and sensory relaxation. Designed to helo you soften, unwind, and move like water again. First, we will move, soften, and restore through fluid movement to release rigidity, reconnect with flow and move without judgement or performance. Inspired by elemental theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will invite the wisdom of water to move through us during our movement practice. Then, you will be guided into an ocean soundscape meditation to settle the nervous system, regulate breath, and integrate the session. We will be using firm techniques on your neck and shoulders to unwind knots as you slip away to ocean sounds...inspired by our spa treatment here at LUSH - The Good Hour. ... Join us each month for a calming Lush Wellness Hour at the Wellbeing Centre. Each month brings a different wellness focus - ranging from relaxation rituals and self-care practices to mindfulness. Stay connected with us to know what we're doing in our upcoming sessions! These sessions are created to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming, creative space inside the arts centre. You can expect a mix of learning, massage and product demonstrations, as well as simple wellbeing tools you can take into everyday life. Open to all levels, absolutely no experience needed, just an interest in feeling better and exploring wellbeing in a new way. We use yoga mats and bolsters for sitting comfortably, or a chair if you'd prefer. We are an accessible and inclusive event. Different theme every month. Always ethical. Always restorative. Always Lush. ... Sessions are held by Siobhan, a Swedish massage therapist, and Zoe, a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist, both whom also work at LUSH and run the Wellbeing Events.
