LUSH Swansea: The Midsummer Pause, Summer Solstice '26

Join us each month at the Wellbeing Centre for a rotating series of gentle, feel-good sessions designed to support mind, body, and mood... ... In the month of June, we will be celebrating Summer Solstice which is the longest day of the year and a time to honour light, growth, and abundance in the peak of summer. Summer Solstice this year is on 4:24 a.m Sunday, 21 June. However, our event at the Swansea Wellbeing Centre will be held two days before on the Friday night. Summer Solstice is a joyful time symbolising light, vitality, and connection to nature! Together, we will mark this special seasonal turning point with gentle movement to awaken the body, soothing scalp massages to encourage deep relaxation, and a guided mediation to return to ourselves and be present with the world around us. Join us for a peaceful and nourishing experience as we welcome the height of summer. .... Join us each month for a calming Lush Wellness Hour at the Wellbeing Centre. Each month brings a different wellness focus - ranging from relaxation rituals and self-care practices to mindfulness. Stay connected with us to know what we're doing in our upcoming sessions! These sessions are created to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming, creative space inside the arts centre. You can expect a mix of learning, massage and product demonstrations, as well as simple wellbeing tools you can take into everyday life. Open to all levels, absolutely no experience needed, just an interest in feeling better and exploring wellbeing in a new way. We use yoga mats and bolsters for sitting comfortably, or a chair if you'd prefer. We are an accessible and inclusive event. Different theme every month. Always ethical. Always restorative. Always Lush. ... Sessions are held by Siobhan, a Swedish massage therapist, and Zoe, a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist, both whom also work at LUSH and run the Wellbeing Events. Both have a passion for bringing massage to the community, meditation and yoga, as well as the wonderful ingredients behind LUSH products. ...
