What are the benefits of a freeze-dried powder?

'Freeze-dried' means that instead of dehydrating the carrots by evaporating their water content with heat, it’s done by using low pressure and a freezing temperature. This may seem like an unnecessary fuss, but this method actually retains much more nutrients, as well as the shape and colour of the original product.

This allows us to add carrots to our packaging-free products. We are known for adding vegetables and fruits to everything - not just for fun, but for their benefits on skin and hair - but they’re often too juicy for a dry and solid product.
