These baskets are made from organically grown sisal fibre from the agave plant, and are handmade in Kenya. Lush is working in collaboration with The Basket Room - a business bringing together women's basket-weaving collectives - showcasing traditional weaving and dying techniques.
Both sizes can be used to curate your own gift, when bought alongside your favourite Lush products, or even used around your home to give houseplants a new lease of life!
Buying this basket directly supports the weavers to increase their livelihoods and become less dependent on self-sufficiency farming, which is unreliable during dry seasons.
The extra small basket measures 15cm high and 10cm wide.
The small basket measures 20cm high and 15cm wide.
