Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on the lower floor of the shopping centre, with a step-free entrance. Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop. The shop is fully wheelchair accessible. No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre. All dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
