We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on a busy high street. Our entrance is step-free Our space is semi-open but can get busy at peak times - our team is always happy to help with navigation and can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable. Our Lush Spa is located on the basement floor and is accessed via internal stairs only with two turns. We’ll always do our best to support you — if accessibility could be a challenge, please call ahead so we can talk through options and make your visit as comfortable as possible. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for a closer look or to try out when you're in the shop. The shop is fully wheelchair accessible There are no customer accessible toilets in-store. Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
