We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on a busy high street. Our entrance is step free. Our shop is accessible via a set of narrow double doors which we are happy to help you open. We have walkways large enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs between free standing table displays and shelves but it can get congested at peak times. We use remote tills and are happy to help bring you anything you need if you are unable to access it. We have 2 low orange chairs for customer use situated in the front window and low tables on wheels for product demonstrations. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop. The shop is wheelchair accessible with a tight turn by the till line and can be crowded during peak times. Please ask us if you need any assistance with navigating the floor. There are no customer toilets in store. The closest toilets are at the top level of Trinity Shopping Centre, accessible by escalator or lift. Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing, text to speech, or use gestures if it helps you. We’ll do everything we can to make your visit smooth and enjoyable. Our Spa is located in the basement and is accessible via two narrow, heavy doors with a 17 step, curved, narrow, handrailed staircase with a tight corner between the first door and staircase. We have two narrow, small bathrooms and a seated shower that is accessible via 1 large step with no handrail. Our bath is accessible via 1 step and does not have support handles. All of our spa beds are height adjustable. We are happy to provide written consultations instead of spoken ones and accomodate a plus one to help you interpret your consult. All treatments take place in a dimly lit room. We’ll always do our best to support you — if accessibility could be a challenge, please call ahead so we can talk through options and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
