Our High Street door has a step up to a double door that opens inwards. If you require step free access we have the option of a mobile ramp, available on request, or alternatively our Bell Court entrance is level, with a wheelchair accessible, wide, heavy outward opening door. If there is nobody available near our doors any you need further assistance, please call our store phone number and one of our team members will be happy to come greet and assist you. Our store is one flat level and brightly lit. The inside of the store is lined with wooden units on each wall and there are waist height displays beneath, and in the centre of the shop floor to allow for wide, clutter free pathways throughout the shop floor. We do have 3 floor to ceiling support beams that we have organised our displays around to minimise any obstructions. The till is located in the rear of the store by our Bell Court entrance. The tills are a fixed height but should you require accessible payment spaces we have a roaming till that we can use instead.
