YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE LUSH CLUB REWARDS PROGRAM
1. Your participation in the Lush Club Rewards Program (the “LUSH Club Rewards Program”) is governed by this set of Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
2. Please read these Terms carefully. By participating in the LUSH Club Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and our Website Terms (each as amended from time to time).
3. Please see how to join the LUSH Club Rewards Program below.
JOINING THE LUSH CLUB REWARDS PROGRAM
1. Enrolling in Lush Club Rewards: “Lush Club” is what we call the collection of additional Lush customer account features and benefits available in a Lush Customer Account. Lush Club is only available in the “Lush Club Territories”. The Lush Club Rewards Program is our customer rewards Program that you can find within Lush Club. You can only access the LUSH Club Rewards Program if you are a member of Lush Club.
2. Opting-in: Once you have joined Lush Club, if you are eligible (see Terms for eligibility criteria) you can choose to participate in the LUSH Club Rewards Program. You will need to actively opt-in to join this by clicking on the relevant tab in the Lush Club section of your customer account in the Lush app.
3. Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to join LUSH Club Rewards Rewards Program is the age of majority in your territory. The LUSH Club Rewards Program is not targeted at children or intended for use by anyone under the age of majority in the Participating Territories. Lush customers who are above the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside are eligible to join the LUSH Club Rewards Program provided they do not reside in one of the Excluded Jurisdictions (see below). Lush employees are not eligible to join the LUSH Club Rewards Program. If we identify that an individual who is under the age of majority in their territory is participating in the LUSH Club Rewards Program, we reserve the right to remove them from the Program.
4. Purchase outside of LUSH Club Rewards Program: If you do not wish to participate in the LUSH Club Rewards Program, you may still make purchases through ‘guest checkout’ or while logged into Lush Club if you have not signed up to LUSH Club Rewards Program.
5. What happens to my LUSH Club Rewards if I close my Lush Customer Account?
If you already have a Lush customer account and you wish to close your customer account, you can do so by emailing [email protected]. For the avoidance of doubt, all future orders must then be placed through ‘guest checkout’. Please be aware that if you close your LUSH Club Account, this will automatically remove your access to the LUSH Club Rewards Program and you will permanently lose access to all LUSH Club Rewards Program Points and LUSH Club Rewards accrued. You cannot access the LUSH Club Rewards Program without a Lush Club account.
6. What happens to my LUSH Club Rewards if I am an inactive member?
- An “Inactive Member” is defined as a member of the LUSH Club Rewards Program who has not earned any points under this Program in a consecutive 24 month period.
- If you become an Inactive Member, we reserve the right to remove you from the LUSH Club Rewards Program.Upon being removed from the LUSH Club Rewards Program, you will lose all accrued rewards, points and level status.
- We will notify you by email at least 30 days before your LUSH Club Rewards Program profile is removed giving you an opportunity to continue participating in the Program. If your profile is removed due to inactivity, you may re-join the Program at a later date. Your previous points, level and rewards will not be carried over.
7. Inappropriate and offensive content: LUSH Club Reward Program participants shall not, while engaging with LUSH Club or the LUSH Club Reward Program, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights).
GLOBAL RESTRICTIONS TO THE LUSH CLUB REWARD Program
1. LUSH Club Rewards Program Territories: LUSH Club Rewards is available for customers who create a LUSH Club Account and sign up to LUSH Club Rewards in the following countries: United States (excluding all territories).
2. LUSH Club Rewards Program participation is territory specific. We only allow one (1) LUSH Club Rewards profile per person. Any orders made outside the territory you reside in will not count towards your LUSH Club Rewards Points or Rewards.
3. LUSH Club Rewards Program profile Limit: There is a limit of one (1) account per person.
a. If you wish to participate in the LUSH Club Reward Program in another LUSH Club Reward Program Territory you will have to first close your existing LUSH Club account and open a new LUSH Club account in the new LUSH Club Reward Program Territory. Please be aware that your LUSH Club Rewards Program Points, levels, and rewards are specific to the particular country in which you created the account, and are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
b. Duplicate LUSH Club Rewards Program Profiles: If the same person is enrolled in the LUSH Club Rewards Program more than once in the same country (including under different names or addresses or email addresses) we reserve the right to remove them from the LUSH Club Rewards Program.
3. LUSH CLUB REWARDS Program POINTS, LEVELS AND REWARDS
1. Where can I find the LUSH Club Rewards Program online? Once logged in to your Lush Customer account on the Lush website, details of your LUSH Club Rewards Program Points and rewards will be available in the Lush Club section of your customer account.
2. Where can I find the LUSH Club Rewards Program app? Your Lush Club Rewards Program will be accessible within the “Rewards” tab on your Lush Club account page on the Lush app.
LUSH CLUB REWARDS Program POINTS
3. Points are automatically added to a LUSH Club Rewards profile based on the value in whole dollars of an Eligible Action from that account, for example: if you spent $3 on a Lush Product, you would earn 3 LUSH Club Rewards Program . If you spent $3.99 on a Lush Product, you would earn 3 LUSH Club Rewards Program .
4. An “Eligible Action” can be:
- Purchase of Lush products using the Lush app, website, or in stores when logged into or presenting your LUSH Club Rewards Program profile at the time of purchase (if you are signed up to the LUSH Club Rewards Program).
- Payment of your monthly Lush Kitchen subscription. The points will be accumulated once payment has cleared for the relevant month’s payment. (Lush Kitchen Subscription is not available in all territories and is subject to the Lush Kitchen Subscription Terms and Conditions for the United States https://www.lush.com/us/en_us/faq/usa-terms-of-use.
- Purchase of a Lush Spa Gift Card (physical or e-gift card), when logged into your Lush Club account at the time of purchase (if you are signed up to the LUSH Club Rewards Program).
- Purchase of Lush Spa treatments, Lush Spa Parties and Lush Store Parties. Points will be accumulated once payment on the has been cleared.
- Purchase of Lush product.
- Points are earned once a Lush gift card is spent.
5. The following are ineligible actions that you cannot earn points for:
- There are no LUSH Club Rewards Program Points earned on the purchase of Lush gift cards.
- There is no LUSH Club Rewards Program earned on the purchase of tickets for Lush Events.
- There is no LUSH Club Rewards Program earned on purchases of products or services in concessions within our Lush stores.
- There is no LUSH Club Rewards Program accumulated on the spending of Lush Spa Gift Cards.
6. In order to qualify as an Eligible Action, a Purchase Action must be made by you for products via www.lush.com in your LUSH Club Rewards Program Territory or Lush app (while logged in to your Lush account), or in selected Participating Lush own stores in the United States (“Participating Lush Club Rewards Stores”). Orders that are subsequently returned or cancelled will not be considered Valid Orders.
7. From time to time, we, in our sole discretion, may change, discontinue, or add interactions where you can earn Points and change the number of Points earned, with or without prior notification to you.
8. Points cannot be retrospectively applied to Valid Orders. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you present your LUSH Club QR code at the till before the transaction is completed in Participating Stores. If purchasing online through web or app, you must be logged into your customer account and have joined the LUSH Club Program to earn Points on a Valid Order.
9. Purchase of virtual consultations, shipping (apart from the Delivery Pass Subscription), monetary value of samples, monetary value of any complimentary full-sized product and applicable taxes will not count towards a Valid Order and are excluded.
10. Points can be used to unlock Rewards. Each Reward is subject to the applicable Rewards Terms and Conditions stated on the Reward card. Please read these before using the Reward.
11. LUSH Club Reward Program Points have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged.
LUSH CLUB REWARD Program LEVELS
1. When you place a Valid Order, you will earn LUSH Club Reward Program Points. You move up to the next level in the LUSH Club Rewards Program when you reach the 250 point threshold.
2. The only way to reach a higher LUSH Club Reward Program Level is to accumulate LUSH Club Rewards Program Points.
3. Details on the LUSH Club Rewards Program Levels and the LUSH Club Rewards Program in general can be found on https://www.lush.com/us/en_us/l/club.
4. There are no rewards linked to reaching a new level. All rewards are linked to points accumulation only.
LUSH CLUB REWARD Program: POINTS & REWARDS
1. How do I find the Rewards? Rewards under this LUSH Club Reward Program become available when you reach a specific Points threshold (each relevant reward will show the number of LUSH Club Points required to unlock it on the reward itself).
2. How do I unlock the Rewards? When you reach the number of points associated with a specific Reward, it will appear in your LUSH Club Reward Program tab in your LUSH Club account. The Reward will show as automatically unlocked.
3. How long do I have to use an unlocked Reward? Please read the Reward terms and conditions stated on the specific reward to find the expiry date. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date and make sure you use it in time. Once an unlocked Reward expires, it will no longer be available for use.
4. Does unlocking or using a Reward affect my Points level? When you select a Reward that is showing as available in your LUSH Club Rewards Program tab, your points level will remain the same. Points cannot be spent, as they have no monetary value.
5. How do I redeem a Reward? Each Reward will specify where it can be redeemed and other terms about the reward. LUSH Club Rewards have individual expiry dates on them (as detailed in your LUSH Club account) and will be removed from your LUSH Club account once expired.
6. Do my points expire or reset? LUSH Club Reward Program Points and Rewards will also expire if:
a. Your participation in the LUSH Club Rewards Program is terminated (either voluntarily by you, or by us due to your breach of these Terms);
b. Your customer account is closed (as this automatically closes all LUSH Club features).
7. Rewards accessed under this LUSH Club Rewards Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
REFUNDS ON ORDERS
What happens to my points? If a Valid Order is refunded or cancelled where Points were accumulated, the accumulated Points will be removed from your points balance.
What happens to my reward? You must also return any Reward received when returning your order.
USE OF ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account and password, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. The LUSH Club Rewards Program is for your personal use only. You must not share your LUSH Club Rewards identification and/or password or in any way make them accessible to others. You must immediately inform our Customer Care team of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
You agree that you shall not:
- access, use, reproduce, modify, download, sell, transfer, publish or otherwise make available your membership of the LUSH Club Rewards Program for any commercial purposes;
- do any act or thing that might damage, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the operation of the LUSH Club Rewards Program;
- abuse your membership of the LUSH Club Rewards Program or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose (which include transmitting any computer viruses through your account or using your account in a manner which is discriminatory, offensive, abusive, malicious, defamatory or other violates or infringes the rights of anyone else); and
- transfer, sale or barter (or attempt to transfer, sale or barter) any of your rewards or member exclusive promotional offers.
DATA PROTECTION
1. The personal information collected, used, and stored to manage LUSH Club Rewards for Participants is described in our Privacy Policy:

2. By enrolling in the LUSH Club Rewards Program, you confirm that you have read and understood how we use your personal information as described in the relevant Privacy Policy. This includes using your personal information to manage your membership, personalise your experience, award points when you make purchases, allow sending updates about Rewards that have become available and Rewards that are due to expire, the LUSH Club Rewards Program, and protect against fraud.
TERMINATION; EXPIRATION; CHANGES TO LUSH CLUB REWARDS
1. Error, Fraud, Deception: We reserve the right to revoke some or all of your Points or rewards if we determine that you received Points or a reward due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorized.
2. What happens if my LUSH Club Rewards Program Membership is cancelled? If you or we cancel your LUSH CLUB Rewards Program membership, you will lose all your accumulated points. If you cancel your membership, you may choose to rejoin the LUSH Club Rewards Program by registering on the App. When restarting your LUSH Club Rewards Program membership, your previously-earned points will not continue to your new Club membership.
3. Changes to the LUSH Club Rewards Program: Lush reserves the right to change these Terms including the eligibility, levels and rewards available under the LUSH Club Rewards Program at any time; and to terminate or withdraw the LUSH Club Rewards Program including revoking all earned Points, rewards and Levels; or close further participation in the LUSH Club Rewards Program, at any time in its discretion. Lush will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage, or compensation to a participant of the LUSH Club Rewards Program as a result of suspension or cancellation of LUSH Club or the LUSH Club Rewards Program, or any loss of Points, Rewards or Levels associated with that LUSH Club Reward profile account.
4 Where permitted by applicable law, unless we notify you otherwise, any amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in LUSH Club after the amended Terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. Therefore, you should review these Terms regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to LUSH Club. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must contact us immediately by email at [email protected] so that we can close your LUSH Club Rewards Program profile.
5. Cancellation of your LUSH Club Rewards Program Profile: We reserve the right at our sole discretion to remove any LUSH Club Rewards Program Participant from further (or any) use of the LUSH Club Rewards Program if we have reason to believe that LUSH Club Rewards Program Participant is: (a) tampering with the operation of the LUSH Club Rewards Program (b) or is acting in any manner deemed by Lush to be in violation of these Terms, the Website Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights; or (c) engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of the LUSH Club Rewards Program. If we do so, any points, rewards, and levels that the LUSH Club Rewards Program Participant may have become entitled to by participating in the LUSH Club Rewards Program are void with immediate effect.
GENERAL
1. The LUSH Club Rewards Program is for personal use only. Participation is not open to companies, businesses, charitable organizations, corporations or any entity other than an eligible individual. Customers using the LUSH Club Rewards Program to benefit from commercial use by purchasing items to resell are not eligible to participate and will be removed from this Program. All rewards and points associated with deactivated accounts will immediately become void.
2. Each of the clauses of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
3. We will not accept responsibility for equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
4. Subject to clause 4(b) below, LUSH and its group companies accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in the promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product. b. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude LUSH’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under law. c. By participating or attempting to participate in this promotion, participants agree that LUSH shall not bear any liability for: the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or any damage in any way attributable to this promotion or the attempted participation in this promotion, subject to clause (b) above.
5. We will not accept responsibility for equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
6. These Terms are governed by Arizona law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Arizona courts. This does not affect the applicable mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence.
7. The LUSH Club Rewards Program is operated by Lush Handmade Cosmetics LLC together with its subsidiaries (“Lush”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Customers that participate in the LUSH Club may be referred to as “Participant”, “Member”, “you”, or “your”.
