GET THE APP: Download Afterpay's app, set up an Afterpay Card, and add to your phone's wallet. Now, you're ready to shop IRL.
JUST TAP: Shop at a Lush store in the U.S. When you're ready to pay, simply pull up your Afterpay Card to pay.

The installment schedule
- First payment is made when you make your purchase
- Second installment is due two weeks after purchase
- Third installment is due four weeks after purchase
- Fourth installment is due six weeks after purchase

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free. With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into four payments, payable every two weeks.
Where can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is available on lush.com and in Lush US stores.
How do I use Afterpay online?
Shop at lush.com, add items to your cart, and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with an instant approval decision). Returning customers will log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
How do I use Afterpay in the US stores?
Download the Afterpay mobile app, follow the in-app instructions to set up the Afterpay Card, and use the Afterpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at checkout. You'll pay 25% at the time of purchase, and take your goodies home that day. Afterpay is not available in Canada stores.
How does the payment schedule work?
You'll make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments will be deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
Log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and even make a payment before the due date if you like.
Can I use Afterpay if I'm a customer outside the US and Canada?
Afterpay is only available to customers with a US or Canadian billing address, shipping address, credit card and mobile phone number. Customers with billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers outside of the US and Canada will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
If you purchase online, Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after completing your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available for purchases between $1 and $1,000 at lush.com and in Lush US stores. To check the amount you've been pre-approved to spend, visit the card tab of the Afterpay app or in your account details on afterpay.com. Please note, pre-approval is not a guarantee of approval at the time of purchase.
What products aren't eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay isn't available on purchases of gift cards. If you're purchasing gift cards along with eligible Afterpay products, you'll need to make two separate purchases.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay online?
Afterpay purchases follow our standard return policy. You can return your online Afterpay purchase in Lush US stores or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy.
To return a purchase to the Afterpay Card, simply open the Afterpay app, navigate to your Profile tab, tap Afterpay Card, and tap Return an order to launch the Afterpay Card to tap at the register. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please don't return your purchase to Afterpay.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds aren't available or you otherwise don't wish to make your payment when it's due, late fees may apply. Review the complete terms.
What happens if I make a partial return? How does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new order total starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. If a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders will be delivered in the same timeframe as if you had paid without Afterpay at checkout. Your order will be picked, packed and shipped as normal with the standard shipping timelines.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
The transaction limit is $1000. This applies to purchases made on lushusa.com and lush.ca/en using Afterpay.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Installments by Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are intending to purchase gift cards along with Afterpay-eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?
You can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund as normal. Please check that your return or exchange meets Lush's Return Policy by clicking here. Afterpay will be notified of the return and process the appropriate refunds. Do not return your purchase directly to Afterpay.
