Justice for Greenwood

In 1921, the Greenwood neighborhood of Tulsa, Oklahoma (also known as Black Wall Street) was attacked and destroyed by a white mob of several thousand Tulsans. The neighborhood was home to around 11,000 Black people and hundreds of thriving Black-owned businesses and organizations. Hundreds of Black residents were killed, and thousands were injured and displaced. Known as the Tulsa Race Massacre, the destruction of Greenwood is one of the worst acts of domestic terrorism in U.S. history. Over 100 years later justice has yet to be served. Learn how you can help support the survivors and descendants of the Tulsa Race Massacre and help build a future free of injustice and inequality.
