Sample Program
Introduction:
We know everyone loves a sample—it’s a great way to try out a product before you make the plunge. And while asking to try something in-store when you’re shopping has always been a fast and easy process, we know that things get a little trickier on the site. That’s why we’re reviewing and making some necessary changes to how and when we offer samples for online orders.
Reviewing and revamping
At the moment, our online sample program is on pause. We’re taking a step back to ensure that we can offer a better experience overall.
Avoiding shipping delays
We always want to make sure that your orders are being delivered promptly. In some cases, sample requests were causing delays to getting your products packed and shipped. That’s one of the areas we’re looking to improve to ensure that you can still get samples without waiting longer for your favorite Lush products to leave our kitchen.
We want your feedback!
At the end of the day, we want to make sure that the sample program works for you. We’re taking time to pause and gather insights so that we can better tailor the samples we offer to make sure you’re getting things you’d actually like to try.
In-store sampling
Even though the online sample program is on hold, you can still absolutely head to your local Lush to try a sample of (nearly) anything you’d like to try. If you have any questions about the in-store sampling process, you can always call your closest Lush first to ask more.
