A well-known carrier oil in aromatherapy, almond oil helps transport essential oils and other extracts to the skin and hair. A natural emulsifier, it also helps mix oil-based and water-based ingredients together. Moreover, the oil’s neutral scent doesn't interfere with the other ingredients.
