We’re thrilled that you want to create something unique with our personalised products. Before you dive in, let’s make sure you know what to expect.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and apply to all personalised products. The Term of Sale can be found at https://www.lush.com/au/en/faq/au-en-terms-and-conditions
We’ll lovingly prepare your personalised product exactly as you type it (every letter, space and sprinkle of punctuation). So before you put it in your basket, take a moment to check your spelling as you are solely responsible for this. We’ll show you a little preview to help you get it just right, because we want you to absolutely adore it!
Once you send it our way, there’s no turning back as your custom creation gets whisked straight into production! So have a final glance to make sure everything is just how you want it.
- If your personalised product arrives faulty or damaged - we are here to help! Just check out Returns and Refunds Policy or contact the Customer Care team by emailing [email protected].
- However, if there is an issue because of a mistake you made - like a misspelling - we will not accept any liability and you won’t be able to offer a refund.
Before you place an order, we ask that you take a moment to read our Personalisation Guidelines below (you are agreeing to follow these when you place your order).
We reserve the right to decline any orders that don’t align with these guidelines. We want to keep it positive and respectful!
Personalisation Policy
We do not allow personalised products to include any content which is:
- Unlawful: by this we mean any personalisation that promotes or supports any unlawful act, or breaches any applicable law or regulation (for example a trade mark of another person or a duty of confidentiality)
- Impersonating any person: any personalisation that misrepresents the identity of another person (including any information that personally identifies another person except with their written approval).
- Misleading: a personalisation that is inaccurate, false or misleading to any person (this includes giving the false impression that it is approved by Lush).
- Offensive: an abusive, threatening, defamatory or offensive message / personalisation that may cause distress to any person. This includes but is not limited to any materials which are obscene, indecent, pornographic or promote discrimination (race, sex, religion, nationality, age, sexual orientation, disability) or that may incite violence or hatred towards any person or group. We reserve the right to refuse to print anything that may harass or alarm any other person.
- Infringing the rights of others: any personalisation which infringes the copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Containing emojis: we don’t print emojis!
We may change this Policy from time to time. When we make changes to this Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. Please ensure that you have read, accept and agree to the terms of the Policy before placing your order.
