When you shop with Lush online or in one of our stores, you may find an extra little treat popped in. This isn’t a mistake! 

We believe that everyone deserves an occasional lovely surprise to lift them up and help brighten their day. If you’re reading this, there’s a chance you’ve been lucky enough to receive a small gesture of kindness from one of our team members! Small acts of kindness can make a huge difference in the world, so all we ask is that you try and pay it forward to brighten someone else’s day.

A few things to note if you’ve received a random act of kindness:

• You can check ingredients, how-to-use info, and storage information here on lush.com
• To find your product online, simply type the name into the search bar at the top of every page
• If you’ve been given a Naked product you can download the Lush mobile app here to scan the product using your camera, or use descriptive language in the search bar (e.g. “pink bath bomb”)
