1. The Promotion

Subject to these Complimentary Product with Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), Eligible Participants who make an eligible purchase on the Lush Australia website or the Lush App during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) complimentary personalised shower gel label.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance of all Terms is a condition of participation, and they are final.

2. The Promoter

This Promotion is organised by Lush Australasia Pty Ltd, ABN: 24 077 737 663, 74-76 Biloela St, Villawood, NSW 2163 

3. Accepting the Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Complimentary Product with Purchase Terms and Conditions, the Personalised Product terms and conditions, the Lush Australia App terms and conditions, the Lush Australia website terms and conditions, and the Lush Australia Privacy Policy.

4. Promotion Period

This Promotion is available from 7:00pm (AEDT) Thursday 30th April to 7:00am (AEDT) Monday 4th May.

5. How to Participate

Make a “Qualifying Purchase” during the Promotion Period on the Lush Australia website or the Lush App to receive the Complimentary Product.

6. Qualifying Purchase

To qualify for the Complimentary Product, customers must purchase the ‘Personalise Me’ variant of an applicable shower gel in a single transaction on the Lush App or the Lush Australia website. Once selected, customers will be triggered to personalise their shower gel label.

7. Complimentary Product

One (1) complimentary LUSH personalised shower gel label.The personalised shower gel labels are subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged, or substituted.

8.Eligible Participants

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period via the Lush App or Lush Australia website excluding:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate;

(b) employees of agencies or suppliers directly associated with this Promotion; and

(c) immediate family members or household members of (a) and (b).

9. Complimentary Product Limit

Limit of one (1) Complimentary Product per eligible customer during the Promotion Period.

10. Other Promotions

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. No Cash Alternative

The Complimentary Product is not redeemable for cash, other LUSH products, or gift cards and cannot be exchanged.

12. Returns

Returns of the Complimentary Product will not result in a refund or any compensation.

If items from a qualifying transaction are returned and the remaining spend falls below the Minimum Spend, the Complimentary Product must also be returned.

13. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of LUSH will be final, subject to applicable Australian law.

15. Subject to Availability

This Promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last.

16. Unclaimed Complimentary Products

Any unclaimed Complimentary Products remaining after the Promotion Period will remain the property of LUSH and may be disposed of or sold at LUSH’s discretion.

17. Right to Amend or Cancel

LUSH reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or these Terms if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to comply with applicable laws.

18. Disqualification

LUSH reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the participant is not eligible or has breached these Terms.

19. Improper Conduct

Any attempt to undermine the fair or legitimate operation of this Promotion may result in disqualification and legal action where permitted by law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LUSH is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

21. No Waiver

A failure by LUSH to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
