FRIENDS OF LUSH - FREE GIFT WITH AFFILIATE LINK PURCHASE (August 2026) SALES PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction (when does this Promotion run from?)

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the ‘Friends of Lush Australia Referral – Free Gift Sales Promotion’ (“Promotion”) running from 10:00 AEST on Monday 31st August 2026 until 23:59 AEST on Friday 30th September 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) available on Lush’s AU website https://www.lush.com/au/en) and on the LUSH mobile application, whilst stocks last and subject to availability. 

2. Who is the Promoter?

Lush Australasia Retail Pty Limited (ABN 24 077 737 663) of Unit 1A, 74-76 Biloela St, Villawood, NSW 2163 (the “Promoter”).

3. What is the Promotion?

3.1. Customers who make an eligible purchase of AUD 50.00 or more on Lush’s AU website or app, for home delivery only, after clicking through from a Friends of Lush affiliate link during the Promotion Period will receive a Free Gift. There are 200 Free Gifts available.

*Please note that purchasing e-gift cards, the LUSH Delivery Pass, Lush Kitchen Subscription, does not count as purchase of products and will therefore not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.

*Orders placed for collection are not eligible for participation in the Promotion.

*The Promotion does not apply to in-store purchases.

3.2. There is one (1) Free Gift per eligible customer order, which will be a Sticky Dates Shower Gel 125g valued at $16.00 (Free Gift). The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in the Free Gift value

3.3 The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and/or services awarded as a Free Gift.

3.4 If the Free Gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that Free Gift to at least the equal value

3.5. The Free Gift cannot be exchanged or transferred and there is no cash alternative.

4. How do I participate in the Promotion?

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, participants must place an eligible order of AUD 50.00 or more on the LUSH AU website or app, having clicked through from an official Friends of Lush affiliate, during the Promotion Period. The Free Gift will automatically be added to eligible orders without the need to enter any code or place the product in your basket.

4.2. Participants who make purchases outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4.3. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for orders that are lost, or where the system has not recognised the customer having landed on the Lush website / app via a Friends of Lush affiliate, regardless of cause, including, for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

4.4. Receipt of a Free Gift will not incur you additional delivery costs.

4.5 The Promotion is whilst stocks last and subject to availability.

4.6. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.

4.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Free Gift being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

5. Who is eligible to participate?

5.1. The promotion is only available to customers residing in Australia purchasing on the LUSH AU website or mobile app aged 18 years or over.

5.2. Sorry, you are not eligible to participate in the promotion if you are:

(a) employees of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies;

(b) anyone professionally associated with the Promotion; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

5.3. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Promotion any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into the Promotion was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Promotion does not run as planned.

6.2. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure.

6.3. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:

(a) for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;

(b) for fraud; or

(c) further than is permitted by law.

6.4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any media platform through which you learnt about the promotion. The Promoter is solely responsible for administering the promotion.

8. General

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.

8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion early if stocks run out or become unavailable.

8.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

8.4 The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the Free Gifts is final and no discussions or correspondence with participants or any other person will be entered into.

8.4. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
