Box Tiers

The Kitchen Standard Box is filled with the ranges you know and love including limited-edition bath, shower and body products.

The Kitchen Shower Box is curated for those who either don’t have a bathtub or simply prefer to only get limited-edition shower and body products.

New Features

Check out our new Kitchen features, log in through lush.com and navigate your account easier than ever before. Simply, click "Subscriptions", then "Manage Subscription" under your Lush Kitchen Box account and you can seamlessly make updates and adjustments.

Shipping 

Shipping costs are no longer included in the price of your subscription. Our Standard Shipping cost is $8.00 with an arrival estimate of 10 business days. All boxes will be sent via standard shipping.

Where is Lush Kitchen available?

Kitchen boxes ship from the U.K., U.S., Canada, Japan, Germany and Australia. If you are outside one of these countries, most boxes will be shipped (by default) from the U.K., except for New Zealand boxes, which will be shipped from Australia. We are looking to expand outside these areas soon.

Important dates (payment, shipping, sign up)

You have until the last day of the month to select and subscribe to the upcoming box(es).

The following day (the first of each month) is when payment will be taken. Once we’ve processed your subscription and payment, we start making your fresh handmade favorites! On the last day of the month we begin dispatching your Kitchen Box(es).

Here’s an example for September’s box: July 31st would be the last day to subscribe and on August 1st we would take payment. The boxes would be subsequently prepared and on August 31st we would begin dispatching them to subscribers.

When can I find out what's coming up?

Each month, subscribers will receive an email detailing the upcoming month’s products for each box. This information is also posted on our website for the Kitchen curious (a.k.a. non-subscribers).

How do I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Lush account on our website and select “Manage Subscriptions”. You will be given an option to update your information. Please note that changes need to be made before the first of the month to avoid missing out and/or being charged and shipped the next month’s box(es).

How do I make changes to my shipping, billing or payment information?
