5. To redeem in app or online: simply add the complimentary product to your bag on in-app or on our Lush New Zealand  website and select the reward to be applied.
6. To redeem in store: simply present your reward barcode to a member of staff in any participating Lush New Zealand store.
7. This reward is redeemable in-app, online and Lush New Zealand stores.
8. This reward is not redeemable by telephone.
9. This reward is non transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
