What to expect on the day?

As you step into our serene Lush Spa, you’ll be warmly greeted by your therapist, who’ll take you through a detailed consultation to locate your main area of tension. Choose from a range of massage bars, each with their own unique essential oil blend, then lay back while we get to work using effective massage techniques, including trigger pointing. Unwind to a bespoke soundtrack created by Lush Fresh Handmade Sound—while we’re untying knots and releasing tension, the accompanying soundtrack reworks sea shanties into soothing lullabies that take you on a nighttime voyage atop calm seas and below clear skies.

This treatment is suitable for pregnant clients during their 2nd and 3rd trimester, with some adjustments.
