Fresh Lime Juice

Lime juice is used in our skincare products for its antioxidant and enzymatic properties. Lime juice lifts old skin cells, revealing bright, smooth and toned skin. It effectively cleanses dirt and oils from the hair, as well as adds shine to the hair as the lime's natural acidity causes the outer portion of the hair strand, called the cuticle, to lay flat and reflect more light. We also use fresh lime juice to give our products an uplifting, rejuvenating fragrance.

Limes are tropical citrus fruits that have a sharp, sour taste and are rich in vitamin C. They are generally picked when unripe, making them higher in acid and sugar than lemons. We then juice them and add them straight into our fresh, handmade cosmetics.
