PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: LUSH APP AND LUSH ACCOUNT AU CREDIT PROMOTION OCTOBER 2025

PROMOTER:  This is brought to you by Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics Pty Ltd (ABN 24 077 737 663) with its principal place of business at 74/76 Biloela St, Villawood NSW 2163 (“LUSH”).

PROMOTION: 

Receive a $5.00 voucher (the “Credit”) to be applied to your next purchase via the LUSH App or participating Australian LUSH store during the Promotion Period (the “Promotion”).

PARTICIPATION:

To participate in this Promotion and receive the Credit, participants must either:

Download the LUSH App and create a new LUSH account; or Be an existing LUSH account holder on the latest version of the LUSH App

PROMOTION PERIOD:

This promotion launches on the LUSH App on 1st October at 12pm AEST and closes on 23rd December 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:

In order to participate in the Promotion you must complete the following steps:
1. Download the latest version of the LUSH App. 

a. For iOS device users, this is accessible on the Apple App Store. You will require a device with iOS 16.0 or later. For Android device users, this is accessible on Google Play. You will require a device with Android 9 (API 28). 

b. If you already have the LUSH App downloaded on your device, make sure you have the latest version. You will require the latest version of the LUSH App to participate in this Promotion. 

c. The ways in which you can use the LUSH App and may also be controlled by the Google Play Store Terms of Service and the Apple App Store Terms of Service will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two. 

2. Create a LUSH account / Log in to your LUSH account 

a. Click on “Sign Up” if you do not already have a LUSH account. You will be asked to supply your email address and choose a password. You are given the option to sign up to the Lush Community newsletter. You do not have to sign up to the newsletter in order to participate. If you choose to sign up to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. 

OR 

b. Click on “Log in” if you already have a LUSH account and enter your email address and password associated with your LUSH account. 

3. Claiming the Credit: Ensure you are logged into your LUSH account on the latest version of the LUSH app. The Credit will appear in your LUSH App as a banner on your home feed and it will also appear in the “Credit” section of your checkout basket page. 

HOW TO REDEEM THE CREDIT 

4. Who can redeem the Credit?

The Credit may not be claimed by a third party on the participant’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the participant is not able to take up the Credit.

5. Where can the Credit be redeemed?  The Credit will be available for redemption on any eligible online purchase made through the LUSH App or any participating Australian LUSH store.

6. How can I redeem the Credit? 

a. Online: You can redeem the Welcome Credit from your checkout basket on the LUSH App, you simply need to click on “Apply Welcome Credit” and the Welcome Credit will be applied to your checkout basket. The Welcome Credit will be applied to the lowest value eligible item in your basket if your shopping basket contains only eligible products and you have a minimum order value of $1. If your basket contains any items excluded from this Promotion, the Welcome Credit will not be applied to your basket.

b. In Store: In any participating Australian LUSH store, you simply need to present to a member of staff (a) your LUSH App homepage showing the Welcome Credit banner; and (b) confirm your email address when placing an in-store order. There is a minimum purchase value of $1.

7. What products are excluded from the Credit? Any sale items; charity products; limited edition collaboration products created with brand partners; campaign products raising funds for charities or non-profit organisations; Gift Cards; In-Store Spa vouchers; all subscription services; all customisation services; all Lifestyle items (including but not limited to such as clothing, tote bags and cosmetics pouches); Knot Wraps, Lush paper carrier bags and Make-up brushes. For the avoidance of doubt, LUSH Spa vouchers can be purchased using the Credit through the LUSH App. 

8. Can I apply the Credit to a basket containing some excluded products? No. For the Credit to apply to your basket sub-total, your basket must not contain any excluded products. Please see section 7 above for the list of excluded products. 

9. Who can redeem the Credit? The Credit may not be claimed by a third party on the participants’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the entrant is not able to take up the Credit. 

THE CREDIT TERMS 

10. The Credit cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred to another person or redeemed for cash. 

11. Expiry Date: The Credit will expire 3 months from the date it was unlocked through this Promotion. 

12. The Credit can only be used once. Once it has been used, it will disappear from your LUSH App. 

13. The Credit cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.

ELIGIBILITY 

14. The Promotion is only available to participants resident in Australia 

15. Sorry, you are not eligible to participate if you are: 

a. an employee of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies; b. anyone professionally associated with the Promotion; or 

c. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 

16. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Promotion any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights. 

17. Only one entry for each participant will be considered, multiple entries will not be counted. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

18. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into the Promotion was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Promotion does not run as planned. 

19. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure. 

20. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, damaged or delayed in transit (if applicable), regardless of cause, including, for example as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

21. By entering the Promotion, the entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the entrant herein. The entrant hereby waives and releases the Promoter and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry. 

22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability: a. For death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence; 

b. For fraud; 

c. Further that is permitted by law. 

DATA PROTECTION 

23. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter (and its group companies on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) entrants provide in their entry and in the process of entering for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

GENERAL 

25. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.

26. The Promotion is free to enter, no purchase is necessary. 

27. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice. 

28. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. 

29. The Promoter shall be entitled to assign the benefit of these terms either in whole or in part to any of its subsidiary or associated bodies or successors in title and/or any third party. 

30. These Terms shall be governed by Australian law.
