Lush Club Rewards Terms and Conditions: Complimentary Experience (Free Lush Party for 5 people)*

Reward: Free Lush Party for 5 people. Unlocked at 4000 points

1. Reward: This reward entitles you to one (1) LUSH Party for you and 4 guests at a participating Lush Australia store.
2. Minimum Spend: No minimum spend
3. Exclusions: Travel is not included in this reward and will be an additional cost at checkout.
4. Expiry period: You must book this party with a participating Lush Australia  Store within 6 months from the date this reward is unlocked. This reward will no longer be available for booking after the 6 month expiry. 
5. To redeem: simply call or visit your chosen participating Lush Australia Store to make your booking. You must present your LUSH Club Rewards barcode to the LUSH store or read out your barcode number if over the phone.
6. Booking Slot: Whilst we will work with you to find a suitable date and time. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific date or time availability in the participating Lush Australia  Store.
7. Booking Confirmation: Once the Booking Slot is confirmed by you, you cannot request it to be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the confirmed Booking Slot, we are not obligated to provide you with an alternative date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule a Store Party in the event of a fire, flood, staff illness or other event that renders the relevant store unable to run the party. We will endeavour to find an alternative date for your party in this instance.
8. Party: You must bring your booking confirmation email with you to the party.
9. Party requirements:  a. Attendee Limit: This Reward is for you and 4 attendees only. If any of your chosen attendees require a parent or guardian to attend with them in accordance with the LUSH Store Party Policy, then the guardian / parent will be counted as one of your attendees. b. Additional Attendees: Should you wish to have a party of more than 4 attendees with you, you may liaise with your chosen participating Lush Australia Store about venue capacity and whether it is possible for you to include additional attendees at your cost. You will be required to pay for any additional attendees on the day of the event and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional attendees if they are not (i) requested and agreed with the participating Lush Australia Store at the time of booking; and (ii) paid for in full before the party begins. c. Party Kits: Party Kit availability is determined at the sole discretion of the participating Lush Australia store manager. We reserve the right to change the Party Kit at any time prior to the day of the party and swap it for a party kit of equivalent value. d. LUSH Store Policy: You must follow all instructions provided by the LUSH Store Party Leader regarding health and safety within the store. We reserve the right to refuse to continue with a LUSH Store Party where health and safety instructions are not being followed by you or your guests. e. Exclusions: There is no food or drink included in this reward.
10. LUSH Store Party Policy This Reward is subject to the LUSH Party Policy: https://www.lush.com/au/en/a/au-party-policies. If the terms of this Reward conflict with the LUSH Party Policy, the terms of this Reward shall apply.
11. This reward is non transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Single-use reward: This reward can only be used once and is for personal use only. 
13. Lush reserves the right to remove this offer at any time, and to reject the use of this offer with reasonable cause.
14. Lush’s decision relating to the redemption of the Reward is final and binding and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
