Lush Club Rewards Terms and Conditions: Complimentary Experience (Free Lush Party for 10 people)*

Reward: Free Lush Party for 10 people. Unlocked at 5000 points.

1. Reward: This reward entitles you to one (1) LUSH Party for you and 9 guests at a participating Lush New Zealand store.
2. Minimum Spend: no minimum spend.
3. Exclusions: Travel is not included in this reward and will be an additional cost at checkout.
4. Expiry period: You must book this party with a participating Lush New Zealand Store within 6 months from the date this reward is unlocked. This reward will no longer be available for booking after the 6 month expiry. 
5. To redeem: simply call or visit your chosen participating Lush New Zealand Store to make your booking. You must present your LUSH Club Rewards barcode to the LUSH store or read out your barcode number if over the phone.
6. Booking Slot: Whilst we will work with you to find a suitable date and time. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific date or time availability in the participating Lush Zealand Store.
7. Booking Confirmation: Once the Booking Slot is confirmed by you, you cannot request it to be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the confirmed Booking Slot, we are not obligated to provide you with an alternative date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule a Store Party in the event of a fire, flood, staff illness or other event that renders the relevant store unable to run the party. We will endeavour to find an alternative date for your party in this instance.

14. Lush reserves the right to remove this offer at any time, and to reject the use of this offer with reasonable cause.
15. Lush’s decision relating to the redemption of the Reward is final and binding and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
