Cinnamyl Alkohol

Cinnamyl alcohol is a solid pale yellow compound with pleasant hyacinth and cinnamon-like notes.

Cinnamyl alcohol occurs naturally in cinnamon leaves and styrax but we sometimes add a synthetic version of it to our product formulae.
