Rice extract is obtained by soaking dried rice or rice flour in water, then blending and filtering the mixture to produce a smooth, creamy plant-based milk. 

Although rice extract can simply be rice milk, it can also be part of the almond milk we use in Lush products, surprisingly. Indeed, manufacturers often add rice flour to ground almonds when producing almond milk, to make it creamier and less watery.
